LetterRayPublic Offer
Individual Entrepreneur Anisimov Evgeny Sergeevich (the Provider) offers users an agreement for access to LetterRay under this public offer. The Provider's business and banking details are listed in section 9.
Creating an account after reviewing this offer constitutes acceptance of its terms and concludes the agreement electronically. Registration is free and does not itself start a paid subscription or authorize any charges. A paid subscription requires a separate choice and confirmation of its price and payment terms.
1. What LetterRay is
LetterRay is a mail client for iOS, Android, macOS, Windows, Linux and the browser with a sync server. It does not provide email addresses: you connect mailboxes you already have with other providers. The service is operated by Evgeny Anisimov, sole proprietor (Russian Federation). Contact: support@letterray.app.
The service is delivered online through your account at letterray.app and in LetterRay apps. No physical delivery is required. Pro access starts automatically after successful payment is confirmed and lasts for the paid period. If payment succeeds but access does not appear, contact support with your account email and payment date.
2. Account
- You need a LetterRay account with a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping the password safe and for actions taken through your account.
- You may connect only mailboxes you are entitled to use. By connecting a mailbox you instruct LetterRay to receive and send mail on your behalf.
- You can delete the account at any time in the app settings. Data is removed as described in the Privacy Policy.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to send spam, commit fraud, distribute malware, infringe the rights of others or break the law, nor attempt to access other people's data or disrupt the service. We may apply rate and volume limits to keep the service stable for everyone.
4. Plans and payment
Paid LetterRay Pro subscriptions start at 249 ₽. All prices are in Russian rubles. Current payment options:
- Monthly — 249 ₽ for one month. With automatic renewal enabled, this amount is charged each month.
- Yearly — 1,990 ₽ for 12 months. With automatic renewal enabled, this amount is charged once a year.
- The Free plan includes one connected mailbox. Pro supports up to 10 mailboxes. Both plans work on every device signed in to the account. The plans also have different server cache retention windows; mail at your email provider is preserved.
- During early access all Pro features are free. We announce the date paid plans start in the app in advance.
- Subscribe in the Subscription section on the website. The exact amount, period and renewal terms are shown before payment. Card payments use the secure payment page of Tochka Bank's online acquiring service. The payment provider processes card details; LetterRay does not receive or store full card credentials.
- Recurring payments require separate consent before the first payment. The first charge is made at checkout; subsequent charges are automatic each month or year according to the selected period, without repeating checkout. The amount and frequency match the terms you accepted. Any end date or limit on the number of scheduled charges is shown before payment.
- You can turn off renewal in Subscription settings before the next charge. Once cancellation is confirmed, no new automatic charges are initiated and Pro remains active until the paid period ends. If you need help, email support@letterray.app. Deleting your account stops renewal.
- Changes to published prices do not affect an already paid period or the agreed recurring amount. A new recurring amount requires your separate consent.
- When Pro ends, mailboxes above the free limit are paused: their mail stops syncing but nothing is deleted. You can subscribe again or disconnect the extra mailboxes.
Cancellation and refunds
You may stop using the paid service and request a refund for an unused period. Send your request to support@letterray.app, including your account email, payment date and amount. Do not send your full card number, expiry date or CVC/CVV code.
Eligibility, amount and deadlines for refunds follow applicable Russian law. An approved refund is processed through the payment provider to the original payment method. Turning off renewal stops future charges; refunds of amounts already paid are handled separately. These terms do not limit statutory consumer rights.
5. Availability and changes
We aim for uninterrupted operation but do not guarantee it: maintenance, outages at mail providers and limits on their side are possible. The service is under active development and features may be added or changed. We will announce material changes to these terms in advance in the app or by email.
6. Liability
The service is provided "as is". We are not responsible for the content of your correspondence, for the actions of your mail providers or for indirect losses. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the last 12 months.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or when required by law, notifying you where possible. You may stop using the service at any time by deleting your account.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Russian Federation. Disputes are resolved by negotiation and, failing that, in court at the operator's location unless the law provides otherwise.
